Description: This aromatic blend can help create a tranquil atmosphere that can quieten the mind and relieve tension.
Ingredients: 100% pure essential oils including: Clary Sage,  Lavender, Ylang Ylang,  and Vetiver diluted in a carrier oil containing Sweet Almond, Avocado, Jojoba, and Vitamin-E oils.
Directions: About 20-30 minutes before bedtime apply to arms, wrists, chest, abdomen, or soles of feet. Reapply if needed.
