Description: Peppermint essential oil has a fresh, strong minty aroma. It has a cooling effect on the skin. Apply diluted oil to the temple, back of the neck to help relieve headaches and mental fatigue. Apply diluted oil to abdomen to help relieve digestive discomfort.
Directions: Add 3-5 drops to each 100 mL of water in a diffuser. For topical applications dilute 2-3% in a carrier oil and apply to skin. Store in a cool, dark place.
